Identification and contact details of the personal data administrator:

App Smart acts as a personal data administrator in relation to the personal data of Users and natural persons who visit the App Smart website.

Why do we process personal data? In order to fulfill the contract or fulfill legal obligations, App Smart mainly processes personal data obtained from the User when filling out contact, registration, order, payment and invoicing forms on our website.

App Smart further processes the data it receives from the User and other natural persons by using the App Smart system or visiting our website:

• cookies (Cookies are small text files that the browser stores on your device in order to have access to information necessary for the proper functioning of our system. We use several types of cookies to authenticate users, track their preferences and to monitor the performance of our marketing campaigns. Cookies you can delete or turn it off at any time, but please note that this will prevent you from using our system.);
• log files (IP address, or other online identifiers).

How long do we process personal data? Users' personal data are processed for the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently for the time necessary to ensure the security of the service and to fulfill the obligations arising from special legal regulations.

In relation to personal data, App Smart acts as a personal data processor. Only authorized persons are the administrators of this personal data. Pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR, the administrator and the processor (App Smart) conclude a Personal Data Processing Agreement, which is available here.

What is the purpose of the processing and how do we deal with the data? App Smart does not perform any operations with the User's data, including personal data, with the exception of storing them on App Smart servers, does not make them available or transfer them to third parties in any way (except for making them available to state authorities in accordance with the law), unless otherwise stipulated in the Agreement. The sole purpose of handling these personal data is their storage and the possibility of making them available to the User.

App Smart does not transfer personal data to any other administrators.
The processors of personal data are:

• companies, or natural business persons engaged in accounting who are authorized to perform accounting operations;
• companies, or natural business persons dealing with IT solutions who are authorized to carry out IT administration and develop software programs that App Smart uses;
• companies, or entrepreneurial natural persons providing server services that are entrusted with data storage;
• companies providing payment services;
• email service companies;
• companies providing domain registration services;
• companies providing authentication services using social networks.

Personal data may be made available to state authorities under certain conditions.

As a data subject, you have the right to: a) access to personal data; b) to correct personal data; c) to delete personal data; d) to restrict processing; e) object to the processing; f) on data portability; g) file a complaint with the supervisory authority; h) for information regarding correction or deletion of personal data or restriction of processing; i) be informed in the event of a breach of personal data security; j) withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.
